Q. I want to view your Product Demo, but all I see is a blank gray rectangle when I click on it. What's wrong?
A. Your browser doesn't have the current Flash plug-in installed. Please go to http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer and click on "Install Now" to download the latest version -- it will only take a minute. Q.
When I insert the CD, all I see is an Explorer window with a bunch of
icons. What do I do? A.
Your system is not supporting the "Autorun" capability. The
easiest thing to do is to find the icon named "Index.html" and
double-click on it. You can also close the Explorer window and press Start,
then Run, type d:\index.html (where "d" is the drive letter
for your CD-ROM) and press Enter. Either of these will start 1-888-HIPAA-STAT. A.
Your system probably does not have Microsoft Word installed, or the .DOC
file extension isn't associated with your word processing program. Go
to Start and Help and search for "file association" to learn
how to have your word processing program open when you click on the Word
icon. You can also try the RTF icon instead if your program won't open
the Word format properly. A.
Use the "Text Select Tool" or the "Edit | Select All"
menu command to highlight the information in the form. Then "Edit
| Copy", open your word processing program, and "Edit | Paste"
the text into a blank document. You can then change what you want.
